18 April 1914
During an aerobatic flight at Bone, Algeria, on 18 April 1914 the French aviator
Leonce Ehrmann was killed
when the wings of his aircraft failed at a height of 300 to 400 meters. Ehrmann was the second pilot to die in Algeria.
